Effective April 27, 2026
Morph is built privacy-first by design. The V2 behavioral engine stores all data locally on the user's device, nothing leaves the browser (IndexedDB) or mobile device (Hive). We do not have a tracking server. We do not sell data. We do not collect data we don't need.
We use Plausible Analytics a privacy-first, cookie-free analytics tool. No personal data is collected. No cross-site tracking. No cookie consent required. Plausible only measures aggregate traffic: page views, referrers, countries.
When you sign up for beta access, we collect your email address. We use it only to send your license key and product updates. We do not share it with third parties.
When you use the AI theme generation feature, we send anonymous color values (hex codes, CSS classes, contrast ratios) to Anthropic's API. No user data, no application content, no identifying information. See our Security page for the exact data sent.
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights or request deletion of your email from our beta list, email hello@morphui.dev. We will respond within 30 days.
Beta email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. V2 local data (stored on your users' devices) is auto-deleted after 30 days of inactivity by default configurable in the SDK.
If we make material changes, we will notify beta users by email. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
